TERMINATION: The Company may terminate, suspend, or restrict access to your account at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms and Conditions, with immediate effect without obligation on the part of the Company to notify You in advance.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

a) We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive damages arising out of any cause of action resulting from our obligations under this agreement;

b) The aggregate liability of the Company for damages or losses (in contract, tort, negligence, under statute, operation of law, or otherwise) will in no event exceed $100,000.

a) We take responsible gaming seriously and provide numerous tools to control Your account activity;

b) You can contact us via live chat or email for support on setting deposit limits, requesting a temporary self-exclusion period, or taking steps to cool-off.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION: Each promotion (including bonuses and offers) has its own terms which may be subject to additional specific rules as outlined in the individual promotional materials provided by us from time-to-time.

NOTICE AND APPROVAL:

a) Any notice, demand or communication sent through email (or other means approved by us), delivered personally, courier service, post-registered mail to you shall be considered properly served upon receipt thereof;

Failure or refusal by a Player to comply with these Terms and Conditions can result in temporary account suspension until resolved, permanent loss of access rights, penalties imposed on winnings paid out (up to complete forfeiture) or cancellation/ blocking of an individual's IP Address range.
